Nathan Holt first started his real estate investment career in 2022 with a duplex in Newark Ohio. He house hacked and flipped the property himself and slowly worked his way forward into the industry. In 2024 he began a mentorship with the well renowned Pace Morby. Since then he has paved his way into new fields of the real estate industry helping people all over the country find solutions and financing for their real estate projects.
